These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at www.primaforja.com, the demonstration dashboards, and the synthetic datasets and related materials (together, the "Service") operated by PrimaForja LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Place, Suite R, Atlanta, GA 30350 ("PrimaForja," "we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
PrimaForja produces fully synthetic business datasets and operates demonstration dashboards over them. Every record in our datasets and dashboards — companies, people, orders, addresses, financials — is computer-generated. Nothing in them describes a real person or a real business, and any resemblance to real entities is coincidental.
2. Demo accounts
Dashboard access is granted on request, at our discretion, for evaluation purposes. You agree to keep your credentials confidential, not to share an account, and not to attempt to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service. We may suspend or revoke demo access at any time.
3. Intellectual property and dataset licensing
The Service — including the website content, dashboards, generated datasets, documentation, and downloadable guides — is the property of PrimaForja LLC and is protected by copyright. Except as expressly licensed, no rights are granted.
- Free downloads (whitepaper, chart guide) may be shared unmodified with attribution.
- Public sample datasets are licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0 — free for research, learning, and evaluation with attribution; commercial use requires a license.
- Commercial dataset licenses are governed by the separate written agreement entered into at purchase; if that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, misrepresent synthetic data as real data, resell or redistribute datasets outside the scope of your license, or interfere with the operation or security of the Service (including scraping the dashboards, load-testing our infrastructure, or circumventing access controls).
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Synthetic data is designed to be statistically realistic, not to predict or describe any real market, business, or outcome; it is not business, financial, or investment advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimaForja LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars ($100).
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
