Privacy Policy
PrimaForja LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Place, Suite R, Atlanta, GA 30350 ("PrimaForja," "we," "us") operates www.primaforja.com and its dashboards. This policy describes the personal information we collect and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what you give us to answer your requests and run demo accounts, we run privacy-respecting self-hosted analytics, and we never sell or share your information for advertising.
What we collect
- Contact and sales forms — name, email address, company, and your message, used solely to respond to you.
- Support requests — your email address and the content of your request, used to resolve it.
- Demo accounts — email address, a securely hashed password (we cannot read it), optional two-factor enrollment, and login activity (timestamps and IP addresses) kept for account security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
- Analytics — we run a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool (GoatCounter) on our own server that records aggregate page views. It does not build visitor profiles, does not follow you across the web, and no analytics data leaves our infrastructure. The dashboards themselves are not tracked.
What we don't do
- No selling, renting, or sharing of personal information.
- No advertising networks, third-party trackers, or social-media pixels — the site loads nothing from third-party servers.
- No marketing emails unless you ask for them; the email we send is transactional (replies, PINs, account notices).
Cookies
We use a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie to operate dashboard sign-in — both essential, neither used for tracking. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your own browser and never sent to us.
Where data lives
Our servers are hosted by DigitalOcean in the United States, and we send email through Microsoft 365. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Form submissions and account data stay on our servers; we retain them only as long as needed for the purpose you gave them to us, or as the law requires.
Our datasets contain no personal data
The product itself — every dataset we generate and every record in the demo dashboards — is fully synthetic. The names, companies, addresses, and transactions in it are computer-generated fiction; no real person's data is used to produce them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (we may retain what the law requires us to keep). Write to info@primaforja.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
The Service is a business product and is not directed to children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
